University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide quality in-home care services to our clients in Westland, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Help clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure proper care and satisfaction.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients condition to supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related healthcare field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation plus.
- Must pass background check.
