About this role

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop workplace facilities list management

- Develop and monitor routine and annual inspection plan, work assignation and control its implementation.

- Develop inspection procedure and methodology

- Develop and managing equipment tools inspection as requirement

- Concentrate management planning for high risk facilities

- Involve quality control of instalation plant process equipment and other facilities to ensure they meet relevant codes and standards.

- Testing the performance and safety of plant process equipment & facilities to ensure they meet industry standards and regulations.

- Conducting inspections of plant processes equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

- Analyzing and interpreting inspection data, action recommendation to ensure equipment reliability

- Writing reports and making recommendations based on inspection findings and control the follow up action.

- Provide technical support to the operation and maintenance team related of equipment inspection, inspection analysis, NDE utilization, failure analysis, in order to maintain equipment reliablity and safe operations.

- Staying up-to-date on industry codes, standards, and regulations and applying this knowledge to inspection activities.

- Ensuring that inspection activities are conducted in a safe and professional manner.

Job Requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree in Material, Metallurgical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

- Has >7 years working experience as Inspection Engineer at Petrochemical /chemical Industry or refinary

- Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.

- A strong understanding of Code, Standard, engineering principles and practices, including design, testing, and manufacturing processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and able to interpret technical data, identify potential issues, and make recommendations based on their findings.

- Attention to detail and accuracy and precise in their work to identify and address potential issues.

- Good communication skills and able to clearly explain their findings and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Have valid certificate of Inspection related qualification is prefered.
