Deli Assistant - Full-Time
Londis Castletroy is currently seeking Full-Time Deli Assistants to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh food, maintaining high food safety standards, and delivering outstanding customer service in a busy deli environment.
- Provide a friendly, efficient, and welcoming service to all customers
- Prepare, present, and serve deli food to a high standard
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP procedures
- Ensure counters, displays, and food preparation areas are clean, well-stocked, and presented to company standards
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and stock rotation to minimise waste
- Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and inventory control
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth operation of the deli
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management
