Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our Tanzania based client, we are
looking for a competent and experienced Electrical and Electronics Technician.

POSITION IN THE COMPANY

Position Label : Electrical and
Electronics Technician

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Areas of Responsibility:

- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain
electrical and electronic systems on soap production, mixing, filling,
packaging, and utility equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on
motors, control panels, sensors, variable-frequency drives, PLC-controlled
equipment, instrumentation, and related plant systems.
- Diagnose breakdowns promptly, minimize downtime, and
maintain accurate maintenance and spare-parts records.
- Apply
lockout/tagout procedures and comply with electrical, quality, hygiene, and
occupational safety requirements

Requirements

MANDATORY
REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Education

- Higher
National Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Work Experience:

- Four
years of relevant experience in a busy manufacturing environment

ADDED ADVANTAGE

- Ability
to interpret electrical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and work effectively
with production and maintenance teams.
