About this role

As a Hydraulic Assembler, you will assemble and test hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components according to engineering drawings and work instructions. Your work directly contributes to the timely delivery of high-quality products and supports NOV's commitment to operational excellence.

You will collaborate with colleagues within the production cell, troubleshoot assembly issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Experienced assemblers may also provide technical guidance to colleagues who are developing their assembly skills.

Essential Qualifications

- Technical vocational education (MBO) or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role.
- Experience assembling hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use standard assembly and measuring tools.
- Basic troubleshooting and functional testing skills.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
