Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, medical practice operations, hospital administration or a closely related role
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate naturally with patients and clinicians.
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology.
- Experience managing complex scheduling, patient pathways or high-volume operational workflows
- Work onsite in Eastwood, QC or in Cebu (AU/NZ Shift!)

Your Impact Starts Here
- Own patient bookings, scheduling, appointment changes and day-to-day patient flow.
- Monitor patients moving through the service and proactively identify delays, missing information or blocked next steps.
- Coordinate between patients, clinicians and internal operational teams.
- Understand healthcare terminology and confidently interpret clinical and operational requests.
- Resolve booking and patient-flow problems independently, escalating only when genuinely necessary.
- Ensure patients are with the right clinician, at the right stage of the pathway, with the information required for their appointment.
- Maintain accurate, timely records across operational systems.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Identify recurring operational problems and help design simpler, more reliable processes.
- Take ownership of issues from identification through to resolution.
