Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience as HR Manager in recruitment, people operations, healthcare credentialing or a combination of these areas
- Experience recruiting or credentialing healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
- Ability to source strong candidates and build recruitment pipelines
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology
- Willing to work fully onsite Eastwood, Quezon City or in Cebu Dayshift (AU/NZ time zone)

Your Impact Starts Here
- Build and maintain high-quality recruitment pipelines for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Proactively source candidates and create organised recruitment lists for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, references, offers and recruitment administration.
- Own healthcare professional credentialing and compliance checks.
- Verify professional registrations, qualifications, references, identity and required documentation.
- Track credential expiry dates and proactively manage renewals and outstanding requirements.
- Own new-starter onboarding and make sure every employee or contractor is ready before their start date.
- Coordinate systems access, accounts, equipment and other onboarding requirements with relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate HR, recruitment and credentialing records.
- Build and improve repeatable processes, checklists and systems as the organisation grows.
- Take ownership of gaps or problems and drive them through to resolution.
