Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
- Visit existing customers
- Develop and maintain relationships and have meaningful contact with with existing customers
- Act as a public relations liaison for the dealership
- Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
- Recommend marketing strategies to garget a specific region or demographic
- Generate and submit sales reports to management
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Valid driver license and a good driving record
- Professional personal appearance
- Knowledge of automotive parts
- Will be trained on dealerships parts inventory system
- Must be able to judge when emergency purchases are and are not justified and to coordinate orders with parts counter people
- Must be able to represent the dealership in a professional manner
