Type: Full time Experience : 3- 8 years Location: Mumbai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own process understanding and solution definition for AI/ML use cases across cement plants.
- Work with Data Science and Engineering teams to build and deploy solutions for optimisation, prediction, and forecasting.
- Analyse plant operating and quality data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Engage with customers to understand process challenges and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Support solution consulting and pre-sales through proposals, demos, and value assessments.
- Drive deployment, validation, and value realisation at customer plants.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3- 8 years of experience in the cement industry across process engineering, production, or optimisation.
- Strong understanding of Raw Mill, Pyroprocessing/Kiln, Cooler, Coal Mill, and Cement Mill operations.
- Strong grasp of process relationships, operating variables, and cause-and-effect behaviour.
- Hands-on experience with DCS/process data and ability to work with Data Science & Engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand plant operations and identify meaningful signals from process data.
- A cement process engineer looking to transition from traditional process engineering into Industrial AI and digital transformation.
