Type: Full time Experience: 1- 3 years Location: Mumbai
What You’ll Do
1. Video Production
- Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras for indoor & outdoor shoots.
- Set up 3-point lighting, softboxes, audio (lapel/boom).
- Ensure framing, exposure, and continuity.
- Conduct client-site and industrial shoots.
- Manage on-ground production and equipment.
2. Creative Direction
- Turn scripts/ideas into strong visual stories.
- Build storyboards and shot lists.
- Align visuals with brand guidelines.
- Use motion graphics to simplify complex concepts.
3. Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create motion graphics, typography, diagrams in After Effects.
- Add music/SFX, color correction & grading.
- Deliver optimized videos for YouTube/LinkedIn/Instagram/website.
4. Workflow Management
- Maintain organized footage and project files.
- Manage and maintain production gear.
- Deliver high-quality videos on time.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong camera and lighting expertise.
- Advanced Premiere Pro & After Effects skills.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of lenses, exposure, composition, color.
- Willing to travel for shoots.
- Collaborative mindset.
Bonus Points
- Industrial/documentary shooting experience.
- 2D/3D animation basics.
- Graphic design knowledge.
- Experience with B2B or tech storytelling.
