About the role

The Roundglass Foundation is seeking
a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the Impact Analysis
project. This role involves working closely with program leads and stakeholders
to design and implement analytics-driven solutions that showcase the
effectiveness of the Foundation's programs. The ideal candidate will possess
strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with BI tools, and the ability to
create intuitive scorecards, define KPIs, and dashboards that represent the
Foundation's impact.

What you’ll do

· Developing Impact
Measurement Frameworks: Design and implement robust frameworks to track and quantify the impact of foundation programs, including key
performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the organization's mission and
goals.

· Data
Collection and Analysis: Manage the collection and analysis of data from
surveys, MIS Data from change makers, volunteers, coordinators, beneficiaries, and
other relevant data sources to understand the effectiveness of programs and identify
areas for improvement.

· Impact Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for the foundation's executives, stakeholders, donors and the public detailing the
impact of foundation activities, including qualitative and quantitative data

· Scorecard Development: Devise and implement scorecards and dashboards to visually represent program outcomes and the Foundation's
overall work.

· KPI Definition: Help define and measure KPIs and indicators to track program effectiveness.

· Business Process Modeling: Analyze and document business processes to streamline
workflows and improve efficiency.

· UI/UX Design for dashboards: Design and
enhance the user experience of dashboards & reports, ensuring intuitive navigation and clear data representation.
Help in visualization, prototyping to provide the rich user experience.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with program leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to capture
requirements, prepare release roadmaps and define solutions.

· Presentations and Reporting: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and
reports for stakeholders and leadership.

· Hands-on BI Tools: Leverage BI tools to create actionable insights and data visualizations.

· Release
Management: Collaborate with technical team to manage the releases through JIRA, prepare the requirement documentation, do the change management and deliver the high-quality
work.

Requirements

Skills
& Qualifications

· Proven 5 to 8 years’ experience as a Product Manager in business analytics, impact evaluation, or a related domain.

· Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for BI tools.

· Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

· Expertise in business process modelling and stakeholder engagement.

· Ability to define and measure KPIs and program indicators.

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in non-profit or social impact domains is a plus.
