About the role
We are seeking an experienced Lead, SharePoint to
own the design, development, administration, migration, governance, and
continuous improvement of SharePoint Online solutions across Roundglass.
The primary focus of this role is SharePoint Online,
including enterprise intranet development, cloud content migrations, modern
user experiences, governance, security, and integrations. The role will provide
hands-on technical leadership, partner with business and technology teams, and
mentor team members to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
Experience with Power Apps and Power BI will be considered a secondary skill.
What you’ll do
# · Lead
the design, development, administration, and enhancement of SharePoint Online
sites and solutions across multiple business units.
# · Own
the SharePoint technical roadmap, architecture, governance, security,
permissions, compliance, lifecycle management, and performance.
# · Lead
migrations of data and content from cloud-storage platforms such as Box.com,
Google Drive, and similar platforms to SharePoint Online.
# · Plan
and manage migration assessment, content mapping, permissions mapping,
restructuring, validation, cutover, and post-migration support.
# · Develop
and maintain modern SharePoint intranet sites with rich, responsive, and
user-friendly interfaces, templates, page layouts, navigation, and reusable
components.
# · Provide
technical leadership on SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS,
REST APIs, web parts, and third-party integrations.
# · Design
and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, pages, workflows, metadata,
taxonomy, Term Store, and document-management solutions.
# · Integrate
SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and other business applications using
APIs, connectors, and custom integrations.
# · Use
PowerShell to automate SharePoint administration, migration, reporting, and
platform maintenance.
# · Partner
with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them
into scalable SharePoint solutions.
# · Support
or guide Power Apps solutions and Power BI dashboards where required; Power
Automate knowledge is an added advantage.
# · Troubleshoot
complex SharePoint issues, establish development standards and documentation,
and drive continuous improvement.
# · Mentor
SharePoint developers and provide technical direction, code and design reviews,
knowledge sharing, and delivery guidance.
· Drive adoption of SharePoint
solutions through stakeholder engagement, training, documentation, and ongoing
support.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 7+ years of relevant experience
with strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online development,
administration, architecture, and solution design.
· Strong experience leading or
owning enterprise-level SharePoint Online implementations, intranet solutions,
and modernization initiatives.
· Hands-on experience migrating
data or content from Box.com, Google Drive, or similar cloud-storage platforms
to SharePoint Online.
· Strong experience developing and
maintaining modern SharePoint intranet sites, rich user interfaces, templates,
page layouts, navigation, and reusable components.
· Strong hands-on experience with
SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and custom web
parts.
· Strong understanding of
SharePoint architecture, permissions, governance, security, document
management, metadata, taxonomy, Term Store, and compliance.
· Experience with SharePoint
integrations, APIs, connectors, and Microsoft 365 services such as Teams and
OneDrive.
· Hands-on experience with
PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration, migration, and automation.
· Working experience with Power
Apps is preferred.
· Working experience with Power BI
and its integration with SharePoint is preferred.
· Knowledge of Power Automate and
workflow automation is an added advantage.
· Strong stakeholder management,
analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication,
leadership, mentoring, and documentation skills.
