Overview
W e are seeking a talented and motivated Equity Investment Analyst & Portfolio Manager to join the Global Equities & Quant Solutions Team, which manages approximately €15bn. Based in Dublin, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both fundamental equity research and portfolio management activities within a dynamic and collaborative investment environment.
What you'll be doing
Key responsabilities will be:
- Conduct fundamental equity research across sectors and regions.
- Analyze financial statements, business models, competitive positioning, industry trends, and management quality.
- Generate and present investment ideas and market updates to portfolio managers.
- Monitor portfolio holdings, earnings releases, corporate actions, and macroeconomic developments.
- Support portfolio management activities, including trade execution, rebalancing, risk monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Contribute to portfolio construction in line with investment objectives and risk guidelines.
- Collaborate with trading, risk, and operations teams.
- Develop analytical tools and research databases.
- Prepare investment presentations, portfolio reviews, and market commentaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Who we are looking for
If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 3 to 5 years in equity research or asset management
- Strong equity valuation and portfolio management knowledge
- Independent investment analysis and recommendation skills
- Portfolio management experience preferred
- Strong analytical and ESG awareness
- Advanced Excel; Bloomberg/Aladdin and Python are a plus
- CFA (or progress toward CFA) preferred
- Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- Fluent English; Italian is a plus.
