About this role
We're looking for an L&D Coordinator to join our team!
As an L&D Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our support
operations, providing essential administrative and coordination assistance
across all things Learning & Development. You’ll help ensure the smooth
execution of learning activities, events, and operational tasks, all while
delivering exceptional internal customer service.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based in our
Newcastle office - Tuesday to Thursday.
What you will be doing:
- Support
with the end-to-end coordination of Learning programmes, including event
coordination and communications.
- Setup
of events and sessions in the Learning Management System.
- Manage
and maintain delegates, waitlists, and attendance both internally and with
third party facilitators.
- Source
and book room availability for on-site sessions, including the
organisation of catering, office access and room layout.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various
departments to understand their learning needs and priorities.
- Partner
with internal teams and external vendors to leverage resources, expertise,
and technology to support learning and development initiatives.
- Answer
incoming queries.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous administration experience in a HR team, with a strong interest in L&D and employee
development.
- Experience
working with internal customers up to senior leadership.
- Understanding
of learning management systems.
- The
ability to listen, understand, document, present and deliver customer
requirements.
- MS Office experience
