About this role

Time period

- From March 2027 for a period of 6 months

Tasks

- Active participation in a variety of global projects in the fields of Corporate Culture and Talent Management

- Support for various global HR strategy initiatives, including the preparation of Employee Survey, Diversity & Inclusion activities, as well as the introduction of new global Talent Management concepts and processes

- Taking ownership of individual work packages in collaboration with an international, cross-cultural team

- Conducting research and creating guidelines to support global concepts and initiatives

- Preparing and refining presentations and documents for different target audiences

- Consolidating and analyzing data for global reports and dashboards

Requirements

- Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered

- Enrollment in a degree program (Bachelors or Masters) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field of study

- Mandatory 6-month internship as part of the university curriculum

- Strong enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and enjoyment of working in a global organization

- Good English language skills and proficiency in common Microsoft Office and IT applications
