Position Overview

Challenge Enterprises of North Florida is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Contract Crew Supervisor.

Under the direction of the Project Manager, this position supervises individuals with disabilities to help ensure work is completed according to the Statement of Work while providing skill acquisition training in janitorial services and grounds maintenance.

This role also supports quality assurance, work assignments, attendance documentation, administrative duties, and daily contract operations. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

What Youll Do

Employee Supervision & Training

Supervise and support individuals with disabilities in completing assigned job duties

Provide skill acquisition training in janitorial services, grounds maintenance, and related contract tasks

Train and maintain the skills of individuals assigned to various duties

Organize assignments and direct individuals to tasks in a respectful manner

Check completed work for accuracy, quality, and thoroughness

Contract & Quality Assurance

Know and follow the contract Statement of Work

Produce quality assurance checks and distribute required documentation

Assist with annual work schedules, special work orders, and administrative paperwork

Assist with controlling costs and maintaining timesheets and attendance records

Safety & Team Responsibilities

Assist with janitorial and grounds maintenance duties as needed

Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain

Communicate effectively with staff, individuals, supervisors, and customers

Maintain prompt attendance, a positive attitude, and support the mission of Challenge Enterprises

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass required background screening

Ability to understand written and oral instructions and follow through efficiently

Minimum of two years of related experience preferred; Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

Ability to routinely walk and stand throughout the workday

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform physical contract duties

Ability to lift and carry approximately 45–50 pounds

Items weighing more than 50 pounds require a team lift

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
