What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the production of integrated projects from kickoff through delivery, with a focus on experiential and digital work
- Develop and manage production plans, timelines, schedules, and project calendars
- Partner closely with Creative and Project Management teams to translate creative ideas into clear and achievable production plans
- Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors, fabricators, and external partners throughout production
- Manage project deliverables, assets, approvals, and production workflows
- Own day-to-day production communications and keep stakeholders aligned on progress, priorities, and next steps
- Manage project budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and expenses
- Identify production risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate logistics for experiential projects, including vendors, locations, materials, equipment, and on-site requirements
- Support and lead on-site production as needed, including installations, activations, and live experiences
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in production, ideally within an agency, experiential, digital, or creative production environment
- Experience producing integrated projects from concept through delivery
- Experience working across experiential and/or digital projects
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and resourceful when things change
- Comfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
