Digital Marketing & Growth Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA | In-Office
Compensation: $95,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Overview
Our client, a growing healthcare organization in Atlanta, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to build and lead the marketing function supporting multiple healthcare brands, including diagnostic testing and specialty medical services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys both developing strategy and executing it. Our client is looking for someone who can identify opportunities, create marketing campaigns, manage projects, and drive initiatives from concept through completion.
As the organization's first dedicated marketing team member, this individual will have the opportunity to establish marketing processes, recommend tools and resources, manage external vendors, and help shape the future of the marketing department.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a growing organization, takes ownership of projects, and is comfortable working directly with executive leadership to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies supporting multiple healthcare brands.
- Identify marketing opportunities and independently develop campaigns that support organizational growth, patient awareness, and referral engagement.
- Lead marketing initiatives from initial concept through execution, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization.
- Develop integrated campaigns supporting new service offerings, product launches, and organizational growth.
- Establish marketing priorities, project timelines, and measurable performance goals.
Digital Marketing & Content Development
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, paid search, paid social, email marketing, social media, and website optimization.
- Develop compelling marketing content for patients, caregivers, referring providers, and community partners.
- Oversee website content, updates, and improvements in collaboration with external development partners.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, presentations, digital assets, and promotional collateral.
- Ensure marketing content accurately reflects each organization's services, brand identity, and target audience.
- Monitor digital marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, visibility, and lead generation.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining clear timelines and deliverables.
- Work directly with executive leadership, clinical teams, and other internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information and resources.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, designers, website developers, and other vendors.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple brands while maintaining clear and consistent messaging.
Marketing Operations & Growth
- Help establish marketing processes, tools, reporting systems, and departmental workflows.
- Evaluate marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new marketing technology, vendors, or resources.
- Support the continued development and growth of the marketing department.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical services, diagnostics, specialty care, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience independently developing and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, website management, and digital analytics.
- Experience creating marketing content and managing multiple marketing channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling marketing content.
- Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or freelancers.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions without requiring constant direction.
- Confidence communicating with executive leadership and proactively obtaining information needed to complete projects.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and HIPAA preferred.
