Job Description & Summary
The IT Workplace Engineer manages PwC endpoints in line with global endpoint management policies. This role is responsible for endpoint-related services and support for all IT end-users across multiple platforms, ensuring a reliable, compliant, and efficient endpoint environment.
Job Duties:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the IT endpoint fleet
- Provide second-level support to end-users
- Train first-level support teams and create knowledge base articles
- Develop solutions that optimize endpoint management and support compliance
- Perform hygiene tasks to maintain a lean and well-managed endpoint environment
Skills:
- Experience managing MDM solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft Entra Directory / Azure Active Directory
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy Objects
- Proficiency in PowerShell
- Team- and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with ITIL change management best practices is an advantage
Qualifications:
- Education:
- A relevant degree, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, is an advantage
- Experience:
- Two years of experience in a related endpoint management role within a corporate environment
- Language:
- Fluent written and spoken English
