KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in collecting, validating, and maintaining consumption-related data, reports and databases to support departmental operations.
- Support the preparation of analytical reports, dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Assist in monitoring consumption trends, identifying data discrepancies and providing insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, consolidate and update information required for reporting and analysis.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to balance departmental workload and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Textiles and Apparel Engineering, Physical Sciences (with a strong background in Statistics, Mathematics or Analytics), Information Technology or Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, data management, reporting and visualization concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SQL or similar analytical tools will be an added advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
