About this role
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical certification in CNC Programming, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
- 2 years programming of CNC turning machines
- M and G code knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering documents
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and quality, ability to work in a fast-paced aerospace production environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Basic 6S knowledge
- Experience with machining aerospace fittings or tight-tolerance components preferred.
- Strong understanding of GD&T
- Familiarity with: AS9100 quality systems, First Article Inspection (AS9102) and NADCAP requirements (if applicable).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills and process improvement mindset
Salary Range: $28-38/hour depending on experience
