About this role
This role plays a vital part in supporting operational performance and customer satisfaction. By proactively managing production schedules, identifying potential constraints, and coordinating across multiple functions, you'll help improve On Time Delivery (OTD) performance, reduce lead times and ensure manufacturing commitments are achieved.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment, required.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with JD Edwards or a comparable ERP/MRP system (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work on‑site in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and supply‑chain processes.
- Familiarity with HSE policies and commitment to compliance.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
