Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field or 10+ years of quality experience in oil & gas or heavy manufacturing.
- Strong working knowledge of API Q1 and ISO 9001 .
- Experience supporting or leading audits and corrective action programs.
- Proven leadership experience across multiple sites or functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP’s, data analysis and presentation tools.
Preferred
- CQE, CQA, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or equivalent certification.
- Background in machining, welding, assembly, or pressure equipment manufacturing.
- Experience managing customer quality relationships.
