Make IT Personal at TD SYNNEX through our Early Careers Summer Internship Program. This 10-week Technical, Applied Innovation Track is an experience designed for technology students who are ready to sharpen their technical skills, explore engineering and data career pathways, and contribute to meaningful work across a global IT distributor.

This application is for students interested in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Systems and Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence . Applicants will be asked to indicate their preferred area of interest when applying.

The program runs  10 weeks, full time, beginning May 17, 2027 , with internships hosted in  Greenville, SC ,  Clearwater, FL , and  Gilbert, AZ .

Each internship is aligned to a department and business function, giving students the opportunity to apply classroom learning to real technical projects in systems support, data, security, and cloud. Interns will build professional networks through senior leader speaker sessions, peer engagement events, job shadowing, and exposure to the business operations behind a global IT distribution company.

What We Are Looking For

- Pursuing a  technology-related major , including Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science or Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Current undergraduate student with  junior standing or above by summer 2027 , including May 2027 graduates
- Authorized to work in the United States  without current or future sponsorship
- Available to work  full time, 40 hours per week , for the full 10-week program
- Able to work from one of the listed locations on a  hybrid schedule of three days per week in office
- Proficient in  Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with coursework or project exposure to a programming or query language such as Python or SQL
- Preferred:  familiarity with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, and an interest in using technology to automate work and improve business outcomes
- Structured problem solving and the ability to document technical work clearly for non-technical audiences
- Interest in contributing to a values-driven culture guided by  Together, We Own It; We Dare to Go; We Grow and Win;  and  We Do the Right Thing

Example Duties and Projects

Information Technology Intern
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across enterprise systems
- Configure user accounts, permissions, and access in corporate systems and applications
- Support deployment, testing, and documentation of IT projects, including system upgrades and new tool rollouts
- Monitor system performance and help report on uptime, usage, and security compliance
- Partner with IT staff on cybersecurity best practices, including patching and vulnerability monitoring
- Example project: build a knowledge base of IT troubleshooting guides for common employee requests to improve response time

Supply Chain Intern
- Support daily distribution and logistics operations, including order flow, inventory accuracy, and shipment tracking across warehouse and transportation partners
- Partner with procurement, warehouse operations, and vendor teams to research and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, and returns
- Help maintain supply chain data and documentation so reporting on inventory, fulfillment, and carrier performance stays accurate
- Build Excel models and reports that track operational metrics such as on time delivery, order cycle time, and inventory turns
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that reduce manual work and improve fulfillment speed
- Example project: analyze one segment of the order fulfillment process from inbound receipt through delivery, then present findings and recommendations that improve accuracy and cycle time

Systems and Cloud Intern
- Contribute to enterprise infrastructure projects that keep a global IT distributor running, including server migrations, cloud adoption, and system integrations
- Get hands on with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, testing and documenting new applications before they reach the business
- Work alongside senior engineers, monitoring system health and learning how issues are triaged and resolved in a live enterprise environment
- Help build the documentation and runbooks that internal teams rely on, turning technical work into something any audience can follow
- Example project: design and test a proof of concept cloud migration for a live workload, then present your findings and a recommendation to the engineering team

Artificial Intelligence Intern
- Explore practical uses of AI tools and assistants that support everyday business workflows
- Help test, document, and refine prompts, workflows, and outputs for accuracy and usefulness
- Support enablement efforts, including training materials and adoption tracking for internal teams
- Example project: pilot an AI-assisted workflow with one team, measure time saved, and present a recommendation for wider rollout

Selected interns will complete a background check before the program begins.

Housing may be available in  Greenville, SC , for eligible students.
