As we continue to expand our electrophysiology services throughout Broward County, we are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established, physician-led team. This role will support our Fort Lauderdale and Plantation clinics and affiliated hospitals, providing a mix of outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology care. It is an excellent opportunity for an APP with a cardiology background to develop specialized EP expertise and grow their career with an expanding cardiovascular practice.

Job Highlights

- Full-time electrophysiology position
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Approximately one weekend of call per month

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias and other cardiovascular conditions
- Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Perform hospital rounds and assist with cardiovascular consultations
- Review EKGs, cardiac imaging, laboratory studies, and other diagnostic testing
- Manage cardiovascular medications and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Provide patient education and ongoing care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Florida license or ability to obtain one before starting
- Cardiology experience preferred
- Electrophysiology experience is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
