Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our System Manager, People Connections Strategic Services, you will act as the architect of our "white-glove" HR support model, ensuring our executives, providers, and key stakeholders receive personalized, high-touch advocacy. You are responsible for leading a specialized team of relationship managers and navigators who turn complex HR interactions into seamless, compassionate experiences. By defining the standards for executive and provider support, you will ensure that the most critical moments in a team member’s career are met with proactive, high-visibility service that reflects our organization’s commitment to excellence.

Every day you will oversee the delivery of concierge-level HR services, bridging the gap between intricate HR policies and the unique needs of our high-visibility populations. Your responsibilities include navigating sensitive transitions, managing complex cross-functional inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction—from physician onboarding to executive organizational changes—is handled with absolute confidentiality and precision. You will balance fiscal responsibility with service quality, utilizing data-driven insights to identify trends in service demand and continuously refining your operational playbook to ensure the highest standards of accuracy, privacy, and responsiveness.

- Direct end-to-end Strategic Services, providing white-glove HR support for executives, physicians, and HR Business Partners.

- Lead the "Moments that Matter" navigation strategy, ensuring personalized and proactive advocacy for team members facing significant life or career events.

- Govern the escalation process for high-visibility and sensitive HR inquiries, ensuring seamless resolution across multiple Centers of Excellence.

- Modernize HR delivery through process redesign and the strategic deployment of AI-enabled, scalable service models.

- Develop a high-performing team of HR Relationship Managers through specialized training in empathy, executive presence, and complex case management.

- Utilize advanced analytics and root-cause analysis to report on organizational health and inform enterprise-wide service improvements.

Job Requirements

Required

- Bachelors Other Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. or Equivalent professional experience.

- Five 5+ years of progressive HR or operations management experience, including experience managing supervisors or team leads.
