About this role

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our System Director, People Connections Operations Excellence, you will serve as the organizational effectiveness engine for our human resources service delivery. You are responsible for architecting the standards, frameworks, and operational governance required to cultivate a world-class team member experience. By aligning quality management, knowledge integrity, and learning strategies, you will ensure our service delivery remains consistent, scalable, and fully optimized to meet the evolving needs of our enterprise.

Every day you will oversee the intersection of operational performance and organizational change, acting as the primary driver for workforce readiness. Your responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of institutional knowledge, ensuring service-level compliance, and leveraging the "Voice of the Customer" to refine internal processes. You will balance complex financial performance targets with strategic vendor management, all while spearheading communication strategies that ensure our team remains agile and well-informed during digital transformations and structural shifts.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and leadership acumen, with a proven track record of developing high-performing, ready-to-scale leadership teams. You will be a master of continuous improvement, capable of partnering across functions to translate complex data into actionable insights. Your ability to champion change, mitigate operational risk, and foster a culture of coaching and accountability will be instrumental in positioning our People Connections function as a best-in-class service model.

- Design and execute robust quality management frameworks, including calibration, coaching, and root-cause analysis.

- Establish enterprise-wide knowledge governance to ensure accuracy, findability, and self-service efficiency.

- Lead comprehensive learning and development initiatives, from onboarding to ongoing frontline skill mastery.

- Drive organizational readiness for large-scale change, including Workday integrations and digital transformation projects.

- Own the financial health and operational compliance of the function, ensuring adherence to data privacy and regulatory standards.

- Partner with cross-functional leadership to integrate Voice of Customer feedback directly into training and operational service standards.

Job Requirements

Required

- Bachelors Other Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. or Equivalent professional experience.
