About the role

We are seeking an experienced, high-ownership Senior Associate, Office & HR Support to act as an operational anchor across workplace management, high-volume recruitment scheduling, and people operations. In this role, you will balance daily office operations and executive administrative support with leading complex candidate interview logistics and supporting core HR initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on keeping physical and operational environments running smoothly, building strong cross-functional relationships, and driving an exceptional experience for candidates and employees alike.

What you’ll do

- Manage office administrative functions, vendor relations, supply inventories, facilities logistics, and daily workplace needs.

- Drive high-volume, multi-time-zone interview scheduling for key recruitment pipelines while maintaining accurate ATS candidate tracking.

- Provide calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative support for executive leadership as needed.

- Support cross-functional HR and office operational projects to optimize daily workflows as the company scales.

What you’ll bring

- 3–6+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, recruiting coordination, or HR operations within fast-paced environments.

- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, calendar management tools, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Exceptional organization, task prioritization, and facilities/project management skills with keen attention to detail.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills paired with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

- Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism when handling confidential workplace and HR information.

- BONUS: Experience working in a Startup or highly regulated environment

Benefits & Compensation

This position has a base salary of $85,000-100,000 per year, plus participation in a discretionary annual incentive bonus program.
