Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our System Director, People Connections Optimization, you will serve as the strategic transformation engine responsible for evolving our HR operating model into a data-driven, technology-forward powerhouse. You will architect the frameworks for process excellence, automation, and data governance, ensuring that every facet of our HR service delivery is optimized for performance, scalability, and impact. By spearheading our AI and innovation agenda, you will directly influence how our organization leverages technology to create a frictionless, high-quality experience for all team members and leaders.
Every day you will translate organizational complexity into streamlined operational standards, overseeing everything from enterprise reporting and capacity planning to the lifecycle management of our HR service catalog. You will serve as the primary navigator for digital transformation, partnering closely with IT and HR Tech stakeholders to drive the platform roadmap and maximize our investment in Workday and emerging AI solutions. Balancing financial stewardship with operational rigor, you will lead the implementation of large-scale projects and M&A initiatives, ensuring that our systems are not only compliant and audit-ready but also highly responsive to the shifting demands of our workforce.

- Drive the enterprise automation and AI agenda, identifying and deploying innovative technologies to modernize HR service delivery.
- Establish and govern the enterprise service catalog to ensure consistent, high-quality standards across all HR functions.
- Lead complex project implementations and M&A integrations, ensuring seamless system rollouts and operational continuity.
- Architect robust workforce planning and capacity models driven by predictive analytics and real-time operational data.
- Manage rigorous data governance and compliance frameworks to ensure all processes meet stringent privacy and audit requirements.
- Champion a continuous improvement culture, building a dedicated function focused on eliminating waste and maximizing operational ROI.
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors Other Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field. or Equivalent professional experience.
- Seven to Nine 7-9 years, Seven 7+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, HR technology implementation, or data governance.
