Your Responsibilities

- You act as the first point of contact for employees and managers in all HR‑related and labour law matters
- You independently handle HR administrative tasks , such as onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, personnel data maintenance and documentation
- You support recruitment processes , onboarding activities and HR development initiatives
- You work closely with our headquarters and external partners
- You ensure compliance with Croatian labour law regulations and internal HR standards
- You actively contribute to HR projects and process improvements

Your Profile

- Completed education and/or solid professional experience in Human Resources
- Proven knowledge of Croatian labour law is a mandatory requirement
- Relevant experience in the hotel or tourism industry is a strong advantage
- Very good English and Croatian language skills , both written and spoken. German is a Plus.
- A structured, independent and discreet working style
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a high level of service orientation
- Enjoyment of administrative work and working with people
