Finance Systems & Enablement Lead (m/f/d)

You will work at the intersection of Accounting, Controlling, Group Reporting and Data & Analytics, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions and helping establish consistent Finance processes across FMTG’s entities and locations. A first major focus will be Jedox, which we use for Planning, Consolidation, Capex and Liquidity-related processes. At the same time, the role goes beyond a single application: you will help improve how Finance systems, data, processes and reporting structures work together.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Take functional ownership of our Finance Systems landscape, with an initial focus on Jedox.
- Further develop Planning, Forecasting, Consolidation and Management Reporting solutions together with Controlling and Group Reporting.
- Design and maintain consistent Finance structures such as account hierarchies, dimensions, Planning Accounts, USALI structures and relevant mappings.
- Define functional requirements for integrations between Finance Systems, Microsoft Fabric, Accounting Systems and operational source systems.
- Establish reliable reconciliation, validation and data-quality processes across Finance and operational systems.
- Improve and automate Finance processes across Planning, Reporting, Consolidation, Capex, Assets and Liquidity.
- Introduce practical AI solutions into Finance, including AI-assisted Forecasting, intelligent agents, anomaly detection, automated analysis and Talk to Data solutions.
- Identify repetitive and manual Finance processes and turn them into scalable, automated workflows.
- Support upcoming transformation projects from a Finance Systems perspective, including integration, mapping, testing, migration and cutover requirements.
- Coordinate releases, testing, documentation, user enablement, access management and application governance.
- Work closely with Accounting, Controlling, Group Reporting, Data & Analytics, IT, local entities and external partners to deliver sustainable solutions.

YOUR PROFILE:

- A completed degree or professional education in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems or a comparable field.
- Experience in Accounting Systems, Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Controlling, FP&A, EPM or a comparable area.
- A good understanding of Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting and/or Financial Consolidation.
- Experience with an EPM / Corporate Performance Management platform or a comparable Finance Systems environment.
- An understanding of multidimensional models, cubes, dimensions, mappings, rules, workflows and writeback.
- Confidence working with P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Chart of Accounts and Cost Center structures.
- A good understanding of Financial Reporting structures, reconciliations and data flows between operational and Accounting Systems.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate complex Finance requirements into practical system solutions.
- A collaborative working style and confidence working across Finance, Data, IT and external partners.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership and improve processes in a structured and pragmatic way.
- Existing authorization to work in Austria.

For this full-time position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at € 5.000.-. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, an overpayment in line with the market is a matter of course.
