Fabrication Technician Supervisor

As the Fabrication Technician Supervisor, you will play a critical role in operations and improvement of production equipment. This role will require understanding equipment requirements to suggest design improvements and utilize resources in the most efficient manner possible. You will work with engineers and other cross functional groups to allocate work to the technicians under your supervision and provide optimal solutions.

Oversee entire scope of work of the Fabrication Team, including building mechanical equipment and electrical control panels, field wiring, welding, general fabrication, and various support tasks for the site  Observe all safety policies during the execution of required tasks and make improvements to keep employees safe Clearly define expectations for the fabrication technician team and improve overall quality and workmanship while developing the knowledge and skills of team members  Represent the team with a customer-focused approach to understanding issues and priority to improve efficiency and overall effectiveness  Overall HR related supervision including approving timecards, PTO, and managing schedules  Develop standards, best practices, and processes for fabrication and inspection  Maintain areas, equipment, and tools in proper order and adhere to maintenance schedules

- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Able to interpret mechanical design drawings and machining prints
- Must be adaptable in work schedule and working environment
- Effective verbal and written communications skills along with strong attention to detail, flexibility, and prioritization
- Able to wear all required PPE associated with required tasks including repetitive lifts and climbing stairs/ladders

Expected Compensation
- Supervisor Manufacturing Engineering - $108,720 - $163,080/annual salary
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
