Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (GTA) Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced talent acquisition environment, serving as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. This role often provides candidates with their first impression of the organization and requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and strong communication capabilities. Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed.
- Maintain and update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and assist with confirming new hires.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports that summarize candidate status and pipeline progress.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to hiring teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting-related activities and administrative tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar coordination role.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage scheduling and administrative tasks accurately.
- Experience in an office or administrative background supporting recruiting or talent acquisition teams.

Work Environment
This position is based 100% in the office, and the Recruiting Coordinator is expected to work the full 8-hour workday onsite. The role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced recruiting organization that relies heavily on Microsoft Office tools and recruiting systems to manage scheduling, candidate records, and reporting. The workday involves frequent interaction with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, and requires a professional office presence. Individuals in this role are responsible for arranging their own parking and transportation to and from the office.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
