Responsibilities <ul><li>Define and drive product strategy, roadmap priorities, and investment decisions aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and organizational goals.</li><li>Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives by aligning engineering and partner teams around clear priorities, outcomes, dependencies, and execution plans. </li><li>Represent the voice of the customer by leveraging customer feedback, market insights, competitive analysis, and data to inform product direction and prioritization. </li><li>Establish success metrics, monitor product and business outcomes, and drive data-informed decisions to maximize customer and organizational impact.</li><li>Influence across teams and leadership through clear communication, sound judgment, and operational excellence, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. </li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. </li></ul>Preferrered Qualification:<ul><li>Customer Impact First: Deliver measurable customer value and improve customer satisfaction through every release and engagement. </li><li>*AI & Security Leadership: Advance Microsoft Security priorities by enabling secure AI adoption, strong data governance, and risk reduction. </li><li>*Execution Excellence: Drive clarity, accountability, and predictable delivery with high operational rigor. </li><li>*One Microsoft Collaboration: Partner effectively across engineering, design, GTM, support, and field teams to achieve shared outcomes. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: - This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. </li></ul> Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
