Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic Corporate Communication Manager to shape and elevate Micro Mitti’s voice across media, investors, and stakeholders. This is a high-ownership role where you will lead storytelling, brand positioning, investor communication, and media engagement while building strong narratives that drive trust, visibility, and long-term value. Location: Indore |Reporting to: Chief Corporate Communications
Key Responsibilities: Public Relations (PR):
- Create and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness and credibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and industry leaders across business, startup, BFSI, and real estate domains.
- Draft press releases, leadership articles, investor communication, blogs, and event write-ups aligned with the brand voice.
- Plan and execute corporate campaigns, press conferences, media interviews, and leadership visibility initiatives.
- Manage communication plans aligned with business objectives to strengthen stakeholder trust and brand positioning.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and external partners to ensure timely execution of campaigns and media outreach.
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and manage crisis communication when required.
Investor Relations (IR):
- Assist in preparing investor decks, quarterly reports, IPO/fundraising communication, and strategic financial narratives.
- Support fundraising initiatives by crafting compelling investor stories and communication material.
- Coordinate with Family Offices, HNIs, VCs, and institutional partners for ongoing engagement.
- Maintain and update investor CRM, track communications, and schedule investor briefings.

- Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Strategy teams to ensure compliance and clarity in investor updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations, investor relations, or business journalism.
- Strong exposure to BFSI, startups, corporate brands, real estate, or financial communication will be preferred.
- Proven expertise in media relations, campaign planning, press releases, and brand communication.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and content development skills with strong English proficiency.
- Experience in handling press conferences, media interviews, leadership profiling, and brand visibility campaigns.
- Strong understanding of finance, investments, IPOs, business news, and market communication is a plus.
- Ability to build relationships with journalists, founders, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital media trends, and strategic communication will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination, agency management, and client/stakeholder servicing abilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Google Workspace, and basic analytics tools.
