The person will work closely with the Founder & CEO to bring structure to priorities, meetings, information flow, follow-ups, travel and execution. The role is designed for a high-potential professional who can combine sharp business understanding with strong on-ground execution and grow into a broader Founder’s Office responsibility over time.
# Key Responsibilities

1. Calendar, Access & Priority Management

- Manage and structure the Founder’s calendar across internal, external and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, participants, logistics and supporting information before the Founder’s time is committed.
- Reduce unnecessary scheduling conflicts and avoidable ad-hoc interruptions.
- Gradually develop the judgment to distinguish matters that genuinely require Founder involvement from those that should remain with functional leaders.
- Protect focused time for strategic work, health, travel, investor meetings and other high-priority commitments.

2. Follow-up & Closure Tracking

- Maintain a disciplined tracker of key decisions, owners, deadlines and dependencies.
- Follow up with functional leaders and teams on agreed actions and ensure issues move toward closure.
- Identify delays early, surface blockers clearly and escalate only where required.
- Reduce the Founder’s need to personally chase routine commitments.

3. Meeting Preparation & Decision Support

- Prepare concise pre-reads for important meetings, covering context, numbers, options, risks and decisions required.
- Collect relevant data and updates from teams before discussions.
- Capture action points and ensure post-meeting accountability.
- Help convert scattered information into structured, decision-ready inputs.

4. Daily / Weekly Founder Briefing

- Prepare a concise daily brief covering priority meetings, urgent decisions, major follow-ups and key escalations.
- Support preparation of the weekly leadership review and ensure pre-reads are received on time.
- Highlight only what matters most rather than forwarding every update to the Founder.

5. Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate closely with Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, PR, Operations, Projects/Construction and other functions.
- Track cross-functional dependencies and ensure the right owner is driving the issue.
- Work confidently with senior leaders while remaining respectful, factual and outcome-oriented.
- The role coordinates and drives closure; it does not replace functional leadership accountability.

6. Travel & External Coordination

- Coordinate business travel, external meetings and related logistics.
- Support the Founder during investor, media, industry, partner and strategic engagements when required.
- Ensure the Founder is properly briefed and prepared before important external interactions.

7. Confidentiality & Trust

- Handle sensitive information related to strategy, senior hiring, fundraising, financial matters, investor discussions and leadership issues.
- Maintain absolute discretion, maturity and professional judgment at all times.
