As a Staff Specialist Scenario Planning, you will coordinate investment requests for capacity expansion, drive cross-functional processes, and leverage your analytical expertise and strong execution skills to advance strategic initiatives that support our company's long-term success.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Drive and coordinate investment requests supporting capacity expansion initiatives
- Ensure the timely and high-quality execution of all approval and application processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across various business areas
- Consolidate , analyze , and prepare  relevant information to support management decision-making
- Analyze complex business challenges , derive appropriate actions , and track their implementation
- Continuously improve  and optimize  existing processes and workflows
- Shape the digitalization  and automation of processes , with a particular focus on leveraging modern  AI-powered solutions

Your profile To succeed in this role, you are someone who enjoys taking ownership of complex topics and driving them forward in a structured way. You are skilled at building strong networks across functions, managing multiple interfaces, and delivering results through a high level of initiative and execution strength. You challenge the status quo, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change with a pragmatic and persistent mindset.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- A University Degree or a comparable qualification , preferably in a technical, business-related, or analytical field
- Approximately three years of professional  experience  in an analytical, coordinating, or project-focused role
- Strong project  management , communication , and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical  thinking, a quick grasp of new topics, and the ability to translate complex  issues  into clear  and actionable insights
- A high level of initiative , strong execution  capabilities , and a structured , independent  working style
- An open mindset toward emerging technologies , digital  solutions , and artificial intelligence , combined with the motivation to actively drive  and support change
