Top 3 Responsibilities
Strategic Business Consultation: Partner with Compensation Business Partners, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to advise and influence business leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and issues.
Process Improvement & Execution: Drive the identification, assessment, and implementation of ongoing compensation process improvements and policies aligned with business goals.
Program Collaboration: Collaborate with Compensation Analytics & Design to execute and deliver Client’s broad-based and sales compensation programs.

Mandatory Requirements
Experience Level : 6+ years of Broad-based Compensation experience and 3+ years of Sales Compensation experience.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced data modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with the ability to synthesize complex, high-volume data into clear business conclusions.
Communication & Stakeholder Presentation: Ability to present complex concepts and analysis into simple, compelling recommendations to senior management and business leaders.
