Spring Oak Senior Living at Warrenton is seeking a dependable Registered Medication Aide (RMA) for a part-time overnight position. Our close-knit assisted living community has 35 apartments and 41 licensed beds, giving team members the opportunity to get to know the residents they care for.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and Virginia requirements.

- Assist residents with activities of daily living while supporting their dignity and independence.

- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.

- Document medication administration and resident care accurately.

- Help residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for overnight.

Qualifications:

- Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.

- Previous experience in assisted living, or senior living is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift:

Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am
