About this role
Responsibilities:
- Administer routine medications in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and New Jersey requirements.
- Assist residents with personal care and daily activities while supporting their dignity and independence.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the Wellness team.
- Document medication administration and resident care accurately.
- Work under the direction of the nurse, Director of Wellness, or supervisor to provide attentive, compassionate care.
Qualifications:
- Current, valid CMA certification .
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in assisted living or senior living is preferred.

Schedule: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
