About the Team

Service Stavanger is part of NOV Aftermarket and provides highly qualified field service personnel worldwide to support a broad range of drilling equipment.

Our Field Service Engineers represent NOV at customer sites, delivering installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of industry-leading drilling equipment. We are committed to providing outstanding technical support while ensuring safe operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

We are looking for candidates who:

- Have solid experience and knowledge of mechanical installation and maintenance.
- Have experience troubleshooting drilling technology equipment.
- Possess a strong understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and circuits.
- Hold a trade certificate, technical diploma, engineering degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Have experience with commissioning and/or startup of drilling equipment, preferably.
- Are able to work independently, systematically, and efficiently.
- Are willing and able to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, onshore and offshore.
- Are eligible to obtain, or already hold, a valid offshore medical certificate.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Have a clean background suitable for offshore and customer security requirements.
