Category Leader Marketing & Aftersales

We are seeking a Category Leader reporting to the Global Procurement Manager to help us establish high-impact procurement strategies. In this role, you will play a major part in supporting organizational growth and driving profitability. You will be at the forefront of selecting suppliers, negotiating cost savings, and defining the strategic vision for your respective categories.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

- Define strategic guidelines for Marketing Services and Aftersales Services categories.
- Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with the business goals of the Brand and Customer Experience teams.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers.
- Analyze market trends and vendor performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coach indirect buyers.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

- Strong negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and market analysis.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
