Where You'll Work
You'll serve children and teens in public and private schools, as well as in family homes, across Clermont and Lake County, collaborating with OTs, SLPs, and PTs in a coordinated care model.

What You'll Do

- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy using evidence-based interventions

- Implement behavior plans developed by BCBAs

- Collect data, track progress, and provide session feedback

- Collaborate with families and allied health professionals

- Receive on-site support from Directors and Assistant Directors

Who You Are

- Active RBT certification (or able to obtain in 6 months—we’ll help!)

- Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred

- Reliable, professional, and eager to grow in the ABA field

- Reliable transportation for local travel between service locations
