The Opportunity
We’re hiring compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in South Tampa. You’ll work closely with experienced, accessible BCBAs who are invested in your development, whether you’re early in your career or building toward becoming an analyst.

Services are delivered in  school and home-based settings , with scheduling built for consistency and work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in schools and homes

- Implement individualized behavior plans developed by supervising BCBAs

- Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress

- Support skill-building and behavior reduction across environments

- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, SLPs, OTs, and other professionals

- Use trauma-informed, assent-based approaches in every session

Who You Are

- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB (required)

- Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Reliable transportation for travel between schools and homes
