About the Role
You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings across Pasco County. You’ll implement behavior plans, track client progress, and work side by side with BCBAs and allied professionals to help clients thrive.

What You’ll Do

- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs

- Deliver 1:1 ABA services in homes, communities, and public and private schools

- Collect accurate data and communicate client progress

- Assist with functional behavior assessments

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

Who You Are

- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB (or on the path to certification)

- Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Reliable transportation for local travel between service locations
