What’s the role?
The role provides proactive coordination, communication, engagement, administration and operational support for 3 Head Of's in the CDAO division.
You'd be joining the Chief Data & Analytics Office, the team responsible for how the bank manages its data, builds analytics and AI capability, sets the standards for how it's done, and helps people across the Group adopt new technology. The role proactively identifies opportunities to simplify ways of working and uses Microsoft Copilot, AI and digital tools to improve the efficiency and quality of administrative, coordination and communication activities. Key Responsibilities include:
- AI productivity and Continuous Improvement - Help identify repetitive activities that can be simplified, standardised or automated

- Communication and Engagement - Partner with leaders to communicate key messages consistently and support celebrations, recognition and team events
- Stakeholder Engagement - Coordinate activities involving multiple leaders, teams and stakeholders with clear ownership and follow-through

It will be advantageous for you to have experience working in data, digital, technology, financial services or another regulated environment.
Additional skills and experience required include:
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, workshops, events and leadership activities on an end-to-end basis
