Role purpose

Drive financial planning, cost visibility, and disciplined spending decisions by delivering reliable budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations to business leaders.

Key responsibilities

- Lead or support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for assigned functions or entities.
- Analyze actual performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; explain material revenue, gross margin, operating expense, and cash-flow variances.
- Monitor cost drivers, purchase commitments, accruals, and spending trends; identify savings opportunities and cost-control risks.
- Partner with budget owners to review performance, challenge assumptions, and develop corrective action plans.
- Prepare monthly management packs, dashboards, and ad hoc financial analyses for decision-making.
- Build business cases and financial models for projects, investments, pricing, headcount, and operational initiatives.
- Support month-end closing by validating operating expenses, accruals, allocation logic, and management-reporting accuracy.
- Improve planning models, reporting processes, master-data quality, and finance-system usage.
- Ensure cost-control practices comply with approval matrices, procurement policies, and internal controls.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years in FP&A, management accounting, cost control, corporate finance, audit, or business analytics.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools is preferred.
- Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Commercial curiosity, strong problem-solving ability, and confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Clear presentation and stakeholder-management skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
