Traveling Superintendent – PEMB Hyperscale Data Center Construction

Lead the Core & Shell Delivery of Gigawatt-Scale AI Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on confidential hyperscale AI data center campuses currently under construction in North Dakota and Texas. These projects include multiple ground-up facilities ranging from approximately 369,000 SF to nearly 1,000,000 SF per building, with individual facilities designed to support up to 150 MW of critical IT capacity. The campuses feature massive site development packages, deep foundations, structural concrete, PEMB erection, exterior enclosure systems, and utility infrastructure supporting next-generation AI and high-performance computing environments.

Project Scope

- Large-scale site development and earthwork
- Structural concrete foundations and equipment pads
- PEMB erection and structural steel coordination
- Wall panel and building envelope installation
- Roofing systems and weather-tight enclosure
- Utility infrastructure and underground systems
- Generator yard and support building construction
- Fast-track multi-building campus development
- Multi-billion-dollar hyperscale infrastructure program

Responsibilities

- Lead all core & shell construction activities from mobilization through dry-in
- Coordinate sitework, concrete, PEMB, roofing, enclosure, and utility contractors
- Drive safety, quality, schedule, and productivity across the project
- Manage look-ahead schedules and critical path activities
- Coordinate crane operations, steel sequencing, and material logistics
- Lead subcontractor meetings and daily field operations
- Partner with project management to maintain schedule milestones
- Support turnover of completed building shells to MEP and commissioning teams

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bismarck, ND.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $58.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
