The Opportunity

As a Contract Lifecycle Management Lead, Sr. Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. Your commitment to excellence and ability to make difficult decisions will resolve issues hindering team effectiveness, reinforcing professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and configuring systems to align with strategic objectives
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to drive successful software implementations
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project plans
- Directing teams through complex challenges, maintaining composure in uncertain situations
- Developing and delivering training sessions to enhance client utilization of business applications
- Promoting the adoption of digital strategies and innovative technologies within client environments
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support seamless integration of CLM technologies
- Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Law/Legal Studies, Library Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management technologies like Agiloft, Conga, or Icertis
- Utilizing AI fluency and AI-human collaboration to enhance contract management processes
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic questioning to drive process optimization
- Leading system integration delivery and technology deployments in complex environments
- Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop high-performing teams
- Navigating ambiguity with professional courage and adaptability in challenging situations

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
