Qualifications
What Youll Do
As an LPN with SHP, youll play an important role in delivering safe, consistent patient care, including:
- Provide quality nursing care while monitoring patients symptoms, responses, and progress
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain detailed medical records
- Administer medications according to nursing standards and SHP protocols
- Implement treatment plans and follow provider orders
- Perform patient assessments and respond appropriately to medical needs and emergencies
- Apply sound clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
- Practice within your State Scope of Practice and SHP clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
